Returns

We at HOVERBOARD® want you to be as happy as possible with your shopping experience. As a result, we have a customer friendly returns policy. Any damage or faults you may find must be reported to the HOVERBOARD® team within 48 hours. If you find that you no longer want or need a particular product, we have a 30-day money back guarantee. If the products are unwanted or unsuitable, they must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the condition all products are returned to us. That is, unused and packaging intact, and in its original packaging. A full refund may not be given if the item is not able to be resold as new. The customer may be held liable for the return of the item or items.

Subject to all goods being returned to HOVERBOARD® in the condition they were dispatched, a refund will be issued, or an exchange of goods can be orchestrated.

With HOVERBOARD®, you know you're in safe hands. Our entire range has a 30 day returns policy. If you have a change of heart, simply get in touch and we will give instructions of how to return all unused items, in its original condition within 30-days, we can either exchange the item or give you a full refund.

Warranty

All orders from www.hoverboard.co.uk fall under our 12-month warranty policy.

Before sending any item back, please contact us via: [email protected] and you will be given instructions on how to return the item with 48 hours.

Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, crash damage, neglect, mistreatment or general wear and tear on wheels or straps. Warranty covers genuine internal electrical faults and not exterior general wear and use.

If a fault occurs within 1 month of receiving the product we will send a prepaid label for the product to be repaired. If the fault occurs after the 1 month, the customer will need to send the product into our repair centre.
